Jeremy, being raised in the business, is a “natural” as Supervisor of Field Operations.

Operational responsibilities are shared by Tim, Jeremy and Zakary Fike. Jeremy and Zakary, Tim’s sons, come to the business with natural talents for painting and public relations. Zakary’s responsibilities include the employee time clock information as well as accounting for all of the Purchase Order labor.
